Inaugural Organic & Natural B2B Virtual Expo draws to a close

The inaugural Organic & Natural B2B Virtual Expo kicked off on Tuesday 29 September with over 100 registered attendees, and a two-day line up of the industry’s most respected speakers. Although attendees experienced a few technical glitches, participants took these in their stride, and the Expo was a success and delivered on expectations.

International buyers from Germany and Netherlands were facilitated in their search for African organic nuts and raisins by the WESGRO team. We are hopeful that the futures of exhibitors are secured with important trade connections made, nationally and internationally.

All speakers spoke insightfully, with practical advice and solutions that will enable the industry to ‘keep the organic and natural conversation going’.

The organisers, SA Trade Promotions, are also the organisers of the now postponed Organic & Natural Products Expo Africa, and owners of the recently launched Organic & Natural Products Portal.  “Our goal is to stimulate the sector through on-going dialogue and initiatives that enable companies to interact, and ultimately do business.  We have a few more tricks up our sleeves in this regard, all of which will culminate in an amazing face-to-face expo next year,” says Warren Hickinbotham, Head of Partnerships.
