Ms. Tiisetso Sylvia Khabele has 5 active experience in agriculture. She holds a holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Information Technology Management from the Multimedia University in Cyberjaya (Malaysia), which was preceded by a post-graduate Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town (South Africa), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree with a double major in Computer Science and Statistics from the National University of Lesotho. To complement her skills-sets within agriculture, she studied at Buhle Farmers Academy where she acquired a Agri-Seta accredited certificate in Vegetable Production, plus a Project Management certificate. She also underwent further training with BC Landscape Training & Consultancy to acquire another Agri-Seta accredited certificate in Landscaping. Because of her belief in professional and personal self-development, she continues to get attend on various business and sector related short courses and expos.

Ms. Khabele is the Founder and Managing Director of Crop Culture (Pty) Ltd, which is a BBBEE Level 1 agri-enterprise. It was established in 2017, with business operations primarily in Gauteng, South Africa. Crop Culture as the name implies – is everything revolving around crops within the context of permaculture and horticulture. The company’s Mission and Philosophy is to cultivate plants for nourishment, comfort and beauty in order to create a harmonious and sustainable lifestyle in the way we work, eat & live (WEL), in the 21st century.
