Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This competition is open to all individuals, excluding employees, agents, or representatives of Organic & Natural Products Expo, and any individuals directly associated with the competition organization. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
2. Entry Limit:
   Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Winner Selection:
   Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The selection process is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
4. Prizes:
   The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted for other products or services. The prizes must be claimed as specified in these terms.
5. Prize Claim & Collection:
   • Winners will be notified via email, and the prize (tickets) will be emailed directly to them.
   • The hamper must be collected in person from the Hallyu stand at the CTICC during the Organic & Natural Products Expo, held from 25–30 March 2025.
   • If the hamper is not collected during the expo dates, the winner will forfeit the prize.
6. Publicity:
   By entering this competition, the winner consents to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition and Organic & Natural Products Expo without additional compensation or notice.
7. Data Protection:
   Personal data collected from entrants will only be used for the purpose of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. No personal data will be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Right to Cancel or Amend:
   Organic & Natural Products Expo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the competition, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate, including in the event of technical issues or fraud.
9. Liability:
   Organic & Natural Products Expo will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of entering this competition or claiming the prize. The winners accept full responsibility for the prize after collection.
10. Force Majeure:
    Organic & Natural Products Expo will not be liable for any failure to perform under these terms if such failure is due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to technical issues, natural disasters, or acts of government
